Business enquiries
When you submit the contact form, we receive your name, organization and work email, together with any role, sector or message you provide. The request is forwarded to CODED’s CRM for the AI Factory team to review and respond. The website does not retain a separate copy of the enquiry.
Campaign parameters, a Google Ads click identifier where present, and the initial landing page may accompany the enquiry to help us understand its source. Before submission, this attribution information is held in your browser’s session storage.
Google analytics and advertising measurement
We use Google Analytics through Google Tag Manager to understand website activity, including page visits, traffic sources and form use. Google tags may also support advertising conversion measurement when configured.
Optional analytics and advertising storage is disabled by default. Accepting the cookie notice enables analytics and advertising consent settings; declining keeps them disabled. Google tags can still send cookieless measurement signals when consent is denied. Google’s handling of those signals is governed by its own privacy policy.
Website usage analysis
We record click positions, mouse movement and scroll depth to improve the website. These records use a randomly generated visit identifier held in session storage. They do not include contact-form text, an IP address or a browser user-agent string in the stored analytics record.
Usage records are held in our hosted database. Mouse-movement samples are deleted after 90 days; other usage events are deleted after one year.
