Our approach

A methodology built to be executed.

Clients see four phases. Beneath them sits the AI Factory Transformation Loop: eight steps that take an organization from understanding to measurable outcomes, and then back to the next opportunity.

The Transformation Loop

Eight steps. One continuous loop.

Understand, Assess, Strategize, Prioritize and Roadmap make up the Strategy phase. Build is the Build phase. Enable is capability transfer. Evolve measures results, identifies the next opportunity, and loops back to the beginning.

How an engagement begins

It starts with one question.

What does AI actually mean for your organization?

  1. 01

    Executive conversation

A 30 to 45 minute session on what is changing globally, what AI means for enterprises, examples of measurable impact, and what organizations commonly get wrong. The objective is not to sell. It is to decide whether discovery is worth doing.

  2. 02

    Organizational assessment

A structured assessment of departments, business objectives, current technology and AI usage, workflows, pain points, leadership priorities and desired outcomes.

  3. 03

    Discovery

A deep session with the relevant stakeholders. Not “what AI solution would you like?” but “how does this organization actually work?” We frequently find opportunities the client had not identified.

  4. 04

    Strategy engagement

A paid strategy engagement that produces the assessment, workshops, prioritized use cases, roadmap and an interactive deliverable. Implementation follows from the roadmap, initiative by initiative.

Six non-negotiables

Every engagement follows the same principles.

  1. A

    Quality above everything.

We would rather manage fewer engagements than compromise the standard of execution.

  2. B

    Business outcomes before technology.

We never recommend AI because AI is fashionable.

  3. C

    Strategy before scale.

Understand what matters before deploying significant resources.

  4. D

    Capability, not dependency.

Leave clients stronger than they were before the engagement.

  5. E

    Long-term trust over short-term billing.

Walk away from work that does not create meaningful value.

  6. F

    Executive thinking and real execution.

At home in the boardroom, with the technical ability to actually deliver.
